Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping all around the world except the following places: Africa,Russia,Eastern Europe and the Middle East,South America.
2. Upon receiving your order,we will begin processing it,Usually,goods will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving the order,and a tracking number will be available at our tracking page.Please allow around 3-5 working days for dispatching.
3. Shipping is made via EMS or DHL .
4. You can mix any items from our store together!

Lost Package Policy

If a package did not arrive in 6 weeks after the shipping date,then this package is treated as lost.In this case a new package will be shipped to you as soon as possible.If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will suggest to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer.If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped,the customer can request to cancel the order entirely,thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.

Return Policy

1.We could provide return if our customer find any quality problem after you receive the items we send. In this case,please take a photo about the products and send e-mail to us,after we confirm,we will re-send new product to you or full refund to you.
2. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not used, altered or washed, with all tags attached.For all purchases of items we will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.
3.Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.”
“A little bit off color”
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the return shipping fees).When we receive the products,The system will deduct 20% commission automatically

Exchange Policy

1. To exchange a product,please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.The goods can be exchanged within 7 days of the receipt date provided they are unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels .
2. When returning an item for an exchange,please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.
Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds may take up to?7-30 business days after the receipt of goods.No Return or Exchange for these products once they have been used.

Custom Fees,Duties and Taxes

Usually, there will be no Customs fees since we will mark all our parcels as low value "Gifts" or "Samples". But the customer will fully responsible for it if there is any. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
